Diversifying Products and Services


         Establishing a business like signage company or establishment per say is a seasonal type of business. Unless other wise the Manager is knowledgable enough to device a way to make the business earn more  during the times when signage is not in season.
         Owner and Managers more often rely on the main products of the business instead of making use of the oppurtunities on  harder times when the business is not in season.  One of the main key to success of the business is the Business spirit of the Owner or the Business Manager. Some business managers specially those who are not a share-holder of the business often just lay down and wait for the client and date of the salary to come not thinking about the future of the business they are handling.

Tips on how to survive the advertising business  in times of Off-season or El Niño or drought times in the business:

1. Know the skills of the people you employ in the Company/Establishment, in this way you can device more ways how to maximize company earnings but of course without neglecting the workers with respect it salary and benefits.

2. It is also important to indicate in the contract agreement what type of skill the worker  is being paid for so that he cannot say no to assignment relevant to his contract.

3. Other releavant business could go along with signage business are as follows

        a. On-call maintenance Services
        b. Estimation Services

        c. Signage Desige Services and Conceptualization
        d. Sub-contracting other related works to the business
        e. If you have the Equipements you could do some printing services
        f. Store supplies could be at the same time turn into a hardware signage                     business... etc.

   Lots of oppurtunities you can diversify your advertising business into to generate more and more income wether its Off-season or On-season.     All of these are totally depending of the ability of your business manager's creativity and strategy.
