Professionalized your business

          Having to earn more as an objective in the business is not bad. Of course some factors needs to be considered. Some are so careless enough that they don't pay attention to the profession  and the viracity of their employees respective licenses which is very dangerous. 

       As reported in the news, there are lots of Expats pretending to be Doctors, Engineers, Archetics, Dentist, Neprologist etc. Each days the number of casualties  grows as a result of the the neglegience  of the Owners or the Higher Authorities to verify the various licenses of their Employees.

         This neglegience resulted to: Building collapse, patients death, damages to the business, others due the malpractice of their employee the company was finalized and suffered and become bankrupt. Even a simple Electrician or a welder should undergo professional training and must be certified.

           Not giving attention to these things in the long run will jeopardize the business just like others they become bankcrupt. Just emagine the work or an accountant will be given to the person who's only a college level with a little knowledge of the profession, what willl happen to the establishment??? Others  hire Business Managers who are not certified and more often do not care about the business or the worst they don't know about the business. What will happen to the owners Capital, to his investment???  For sure if it will not be managed correctly, and sooner or later all the money will be consume without even returning  the projected amount of profit.
