Another very important factor that a Company must have to succeed in the field of advertising business is " Giving Value to Clients" which simply means, listening to what clients wants, accommodating the clients either it is a low cost project client or most especially the high value clients."
I have been to lots of Companies and I have observed some who are lost or out of track in their dealing with clients. Managers who are too conceited and very proud of themselves oftentimes gives harsh comments or simply neglects the clients because he is "nationality that he don't like or he feels superior to him. Others are to lazy to accommodate clients because for them they will still earn there high salary monthly "even if he will not care about the client"
By inviting them for a meeting and offering them a simple gesture, welcoming them offering them a cup of coffee or tea or a bottle of water is most remarkable than giving nothing. Attending to them when they pay a visit and not letting them wait for a longer time will leave a very good empression to your client.
Giving them brochures and pamplets about the company Products and Services each time they pay a visit or before they leave is a great way of advertising your company or informing them that you are very much ready and capable enough to serve your client.
