WORK ASSIGNMENTS

       As a manager or a supervisory of a certain section you are handling, having a knowledge of work and how to manage it is a very big challenge.  Giving work assignments and monitoring the accomplishment of your staff by asking them reports of daily task, giving them deadlines is a very  good way of maximaxing the working capacity of your workers. An orderly and properly delegation of work and division of work is a must in order to have a smooth and efficient workflow in the respective department.
             On the other hand, an improper delegation of work and the non equal division of assignments could result into a very huge chaos in the department. These will more often result to failure of management and confrontation among worker and supervisors or even end up to resignation of your valuable employee. This mismanagement will greatly affects the companys performance and earnings.
           Imagine the Company is paying for the manager who do not know how to manage his people. He only Sits down and read emails the whole day and only calls for someone to do this and do that and not monitoring each department in the Company??? Some of the times when the manager is not in the good mood he will shout to one of the worker in public or just kick and slams the door when he is angry not considering that there is a visiting clients the Company simply because he did not receive the output that he wants. He wants a good output but he is not doing his work to manage, properly delegate and divide the work assignments of the Company.
           Establishing an email hotline or a complaints and suggestion box especially dedicated to owner or the business administrator is recommended to be informed about the current situation of the Company's management and events.
