Ranking and Level of Skills

        Ranking and Level of Skills in relation to Contract and Salaries More often, in Managing an advertising business problems such as:

1.  Worker refuse one  assigned task like  sample " Sticker fixing specially when       the worker is working in silkscreen section"


2.  Vinyl Sticker section worker will not do the task to install sticker outside               because for him as per contract he is only designated to work in vinyl section.


3.   Corel Operator will not do autoCad works.


4.   Site Engineer donot want to engage in estimation works


5.    Electrician don't want to help in installation works etc.



      These incident obviously is so true when at first, your  contract failed to specify the skills involve with respect to the salary and the purpose to why worker is being hired for.
         It is very important to note that worker should be ranked and be paid by the level of skills they can provide to avoid similar untoward incidents and disputes.

Here is a sample of  Ranking or Assigning Different level of workers with respect to skills and their Salaries.


Salary Grade  1 -Managers with salaries ranging from ( 10, 000SR to 15,000SR)


Salary Grade  11 - Estimators, Sale-managers (7000SR)


Salary Grade  111 - Production Engineers ( 8000SR)


Salary Grade  1V -  Site Engineers (5000SR)


Salary Grade  V   -  Skilled workers, Supervisors, Foreman ( 3500SR to 4000SR)


Salary Grade  V1a - Electrician + installed + leadman ( 3000SR)


Salary Grade  V1ba -  Assistant electrician + helper+installer ( 2000 to 2500SR)



       Such leveling or ranking of workers are designed to ensure and bind the worker with the contract that  signed for  and that he will be obliged to do his duties and resposibilities.
